Project Hucker, The History…

The Beginning

PHucker #1

The legend of "The Hucker" begins when I found this old bike frame in my back yard.  It was among a graveyard of other bikes and bike parts and had managed to evade my attention for a full 6 months before I took notice.  It had been painted by some previous owner with cheap silver spray paint, and most of its components no longer functioned.  Me being the ambitious guy I am and having some friends with the skill in bike repair decided to rehabilitate this wonderful machine into its full glory.

The Middle

PHucker #2

After about 30 hours of sanding, painting, and general tweaking, the beast gained its "OG" styling and attitude with a new black paint job complete with caramel latte rims and chain wheel.  We also took the liberty of installing a new Odyssey G3 Gyro brake line kit to help him stop.  The wheels and crank shaft were all rebuilt; every single bearing repacked.  The Hucker gained its  right to performance and gained in local fame.

The End (or is it)...

PHucker #3

After a blown tire, I decided it was time to kick The Hucker's potential up a notch and outfit him with some truly high performance equipment.  I got on my favorite BMX eStore (danscomp.com) and found all the right parts.  Koolstop Eagle 2 brake pads, animal gold grips, DK Park gold aluminum pegs, a KMC gold chain, and some gold crown valve caps to top it off.  The Hucker became The Legend.

Long live The Hucker!PHucker #0

I’m here!

The fun version of me

After some thought about how I could better market my business as well as myself
and my talents, I decided to go ahead and try this blog nonsense out.

I launched my eStore @ impactyourwalls.com a little over a month ago and have been busy
doing my best to market and bring traffic there. It's been a rough learning curve and has
welcomed plenty of stress into my life, but I've kept a long term perspective and keep
working at it. When school starts up, if I can turn this into a steady/reliable income
it will have been worth all the stress I put myself through to get to that point.

Other than work, I'm just playing as much as I can find time to do. I've recently gotten myself
into BMX Freestyle riding. It's been fun working on my bike "The Hucker" with friends
and having a hobby that gets me out of the house and helps me stay a little in shape.

So this is my life as stands now. Working to fulfill ambitions and burn all the would be boring
moments in-between.
